Regarding Payment of Crystals: Error!

Guys, I bought 30000 crystals (+ 15000 for free) using credit card.(with 2x crystals)

However, having clicked the "pay" button once, it registered thice- on different dates.

I am trying to get a refund for 2 payments, and I sent them a PM. 

Also, I still have not gotten any crystals from the payment.

To Admin: please help me! They still have not responded.

P.S.~ I am trying to attach 2 more pics, but it says the files are too large. How can something less that 50 mb be large?
