How much improvement in FPS will I get using my Nvidia GTX 650 (2 GB).

FPS depend upon a lot of factors, just not the graphics card. Though you can get about 50-60 in small maps, and 30-40 in bigger maps, with Dynamic Shadows and AA.

I feel bad - I have on my computer only a piece of garbage - Intel Graphics Card. Soon I'll get a new computer, and I'm intending to buy for it a nVidia GeForce GT610 Graphics Card.

In my old computer I had a Pentium III @ 700 MHZ and a nVidia Geforce 8400 GS 512 MB and 512 MB of RAM. I knew this method before and I got 40 FPS with dynamic shadows. ^_^

Excellent guide!

I was wondering, what difference on gameplay quality will 8gb of RAM have when compared to 4GB of RAM? Or does it mainly matter on how much dedicated RAM the graphics card has?

^ you need to check in game settings for graphic enhancement.
click on "setting" and under the graphic option check all the option for better results.
