How do we receive points in TDM

I really don't know how to receive points even though if i killed 5 guys the guys who killied 1 tank will be having more score than me why it is happening plz help me guys :(  :mellow:  :(  :(  :(  :(

For each guy you kill you get 10 points, it means you are not killing them completely and someone else is doing so. 

OR

CTF/CP 

They capture flags/return flags/kill flag carriers which give 20 points.

Or capture points, etc.

If someone else shoot somebody with railgun (for example), and they reduce the enemies HP with 75%. They will get 75% of the points (so probably 7 or 8xp). If you finish everyone off with 1 plasma ball from twins, you get only 1xp for killing that person. The other 9xp goes to other people who did damage on that particular enemy.
