Spawning with drugs?!

In the video you can clearly see a guy suddenly disappearing and SPAWNING WITH DRUGS. How is this possible? I wasn't lagging and other people were seeing that too. 

Also, that didn't happen only once :mellow:

Wouldn't call it clearly since it doesn't capture the exact second of spawning, i'd say he is using supplies the same time he is spawning.

Watch in 1080p. You can see that tank in ghost mode (after spawning, the moment when the tank cannot be hit) with full drugs.

I have watched the video carefully in 1080p about 10 times, and I'm sure that he IS drugging while he's still in the invulnerability (ghost) mode of the spawning. Or he's a cheater, or it's some sort of bug/lag, or I'm a stupid old fool.
