Rio map - Problem

I can't get to the Rio map, the loading bar slows down at the end and the loading never ends. I'm on chrome , I tried Internet Explorer , the loading bar does the same thing but the fatal error message doesn't appear and ofcourse the battle doesn't start.

All the other maps are working fine.

Hello. This topic may help you: how to reduce lag. Try another browser like mozilla or safari. Try to turn off all of the options (graphics) in settings. If you're using wi-fi network, try ethernet. Try to fight in less crowded servers like 21 or 24. Maybe your computer is too old. What's your computer specs? Can you play in small maps like island or sandbox? Maybe, your computer can't hold big maps. Also, it is probabab that your internet connection is slow test it here and show us results. Hope i could help :)

My internet connection is okay, my pc is new (Hp, Intel core i7, 8Gb memory...) I'll try Firefox, all the maps work fine, i just have problem with rio
