its so this guy , same hair and body figure,and hes a programmer,what do they do.= change stuff,add or create things,like put mines in minesweeper,or change and design new paint and physics for it,or make golds fall at command,god your guys are clueless

Since no one answered yet, I'll do fast.

 

The answer: no, he isn't. If it was a hacker he already would have been blocked by tanki. Also he should have to be a serious hacker and hack the main 'server' of tanki. There he should have to edit the right files and stuff; it will take ages for a 'random' hackers and the real hackers have "better" things to do than just hacking in a game. Those stuff together makes the conclusion: No, he isn't a hacker.
