Is the MU permanent after the upgrade? (For example, m0 to m1)

No.

For example, if you have done microupgrades for M0, lets say 5 steps, and will buy M1 - then it will be resetted to step 0. But do not worry, M1 is anyway better than fully microupgraded M0.

You are paying for the better weapon, you are strenghten that others in the same battles.

 

The only 'price exception' - if you will do microupgrades fully, you will get a minor discount. But it is still much more expensive to do such full microupgrade than just buy M1/M2/M3.

Everybody is correct. They are permanent, but it does not matter for you - as you can not use M0 weapon after you bought M1, and so on.

 

And you have asked different question, I think the reply was to a question 'will it be possible to buy microupgrades tomorrow, month later etc'.

its  easy  for  u,  u  need  only  MU  ,  is  different  when  wait  new  gun,  also  and  u   when  be  on  our  place,  not  only  mine,   u  will  say  same,  and  u  read  that  all  smallest  rank  dont  have  MU  before discount  of  all  kit

i am waiting for paint sale + hull sale but you don't see me complaining, do you ?

and in this mu sale i have nothing in it for me except one minor upgrade and still im not complaining -.-

i  think  that  he  give  us  50%  discount  other  50%  we  will  give  for  upgrade,  so  we  wil  spend  same  cristals,   but  will  have  better  tank, i  wait  50%  discount  and  spend  about  350.000 cristals,  half  and  more  for  tank,  and  other  for  upgrades,  if  25%,  i  will  miss  again  sale,  i  think  with  50%  discount  will  be  explosion  of  buying,  today  with  this  discount  only  players  dith  M3  will  take  interest.  so  i  think  tanki  ,  tommorow  to  give  us  50%,  u  will  see  what  sale  ,  al  wait  and  keep  cristals  for  that

my  opinion  is  andd  in  same  time  of  all  players  that  is  better to  give  us  50%  discount  for  all.  all  player  wait  for  that,  and  i  think  is  dream  to  players  play  with  better  guns,  but  dont have  enough  cristals  for  buying.  so,  will  be  god  also  for  u,  if  examle  tommorow  give  50%  discount,  will  be  madness  with  baying  and  spend  cristals,  and  also  buying  cristals  for  rewal  money,  who  dont  have  enough  cristals,  i  speak  for  myself,  with  discont  on50%  i  will  spend  300-350.000  cristals,   that  will  be  real  move  from  your  side,  efects  from  todays  discount  and  tommorow  discount  for  all,  will  be  10  times  better.

think about  my  proposal, i  will  wait  50%  if  neesd  and  half  year,  my  shaft  is  between  M2  asnd  M3  ,  but  if  give  discount  i   will  change  all,  hull turett paint.
