Tanki and gambling.

Tanki, you should know there can be 8 year olds playing this, and you are trying to get them into gambling?

If you aren't gambling, you should put "Predicting" instead of "Betting" or imply an age restriction to this event, (Which won't work).

Gambling is like cigarettes, when you do it once, and win, you will keep on doing it and you will blow all your money, are you trying to get kids to do this?

(There is no complaints section (or I can't find it) so I can't post it there, show me where it is?)

If you are good at Math, you'll understand, that I said 'everyone will be happy if he won't buy any of those paints'. <_<

I am getting one of the paints. However, I do think you have a point.

However, I dont think that they should stop doing this.

What to do? I have no idea.

Good point, although they usually make the paints relatively cheap, and these 'betting' events are infrequent, meaning it would be difficult for a player to blow all of their crystals.

E=MC^2

thats bullocks

technically the paints will be like 100 crystals and they have done before.

it is not actually gambling in the sense you think it is, they might loose some crystals but that is not real life.

gambling is as if u bet something with someone, and if u loose you loose something but they gain it, tanki isnt gaining anything.

i hope this makes it a clear understanding.

This doesn't qualify as gambling to a large degree, it is like predicting who will win. The best way to do this is by buying a cheap paint, it's not like someone can just go and blow 10 thousand crystals because the paint is very cheap. It also gives players a chance to show their support for the team they voted for, as well as have a chance to wear an awesome paint.

Tanki, you should know there can be 8 year olds playing this, and you are trying to get them into gambling?

By this logic, Tanki also teaches you to destroy tanks (and possibly kill people, since in real life there are people in there). The same way, it tells you to buy guns, join battles, shoot around, aswell as use "drugs".

Remember, all this is a game, instead of trying to find something to complain about, just enjoy the possibility to get some crystals, if you want to, of course :)

Also, I strongly suggest you to read the EULA (if you haven't already), which you read and agreed to when registering.

7. Game services may include age restrictions which are recommendations in nature. The legal guardian and/ or parent(s) and Users decide on their own, whether to follow these recommendations The Company is not responsible for the actual using of the Game by Users who not reached the established age.

Finally, if you still have complaints against the virtual-money bets, where you get crystals as a prize for simply guessing how an interesting final battle of the clan championship will end, write to help@tankionline.com and the legal department of AlternativaPlatform will be more than happy to respond to you.
