لسبب فرنسا و أمريكيا تختلف اللغه لكل دولة على سبيل المثال (فرنسا) لغتهم الفرنسية, هي أيضا لغة رسمية في جميع وكالات الأمم المتحدة، معظم من ينطق بالفرنسية كلغة أصلية يعيشون في فرنسا.

لذلك ، العرب اخوة ولغة واحدة ما فيه اختلافات :)

كندا وبريطانيا وامريكا ودول كتير تانية بيتكلمو انجليزي وعاملين كل موضوع لوحدهم

احنا اخوات ومفيش فرق بينا متكبروش الموضوع

بس العرب كتير في الجيم وكلهم يعرفو بعض نادر لما تلاقي مصري ولو لقيت مش بتلاقيه يعرف مصريين زيه

It is a widely accepted greeting in all countries where english is the majority language,  maybe if you traveled you would know instead of insinuating it in not in an attempt to win an argument!
