I have an idea for a paint (Please read)

I was thinking of a paint that does not protect you from any weapon, but instead it makes you partialy invisible to your surrondings(so basically blend in to your surrondings) i was thinking that this coat of paint could be called "chameleon" Please give your honest thoughts and opinions

How about a paint that gives really good protection like %50 Railgun protection.

BUT also eg. Smokey does %50 More Damage?
