Problem with ranks

Please Help if it is possible.

 

Our team had a problem in the Farm map. We were all good ranks (generalissimo or 1 step lower), and we were leading in the CTF 300 minutes match, about 50 flags. Then player kelevr-Gudini came in, instead of 1 our player. He is a so low rank, and he has'n got any supplies. Our team, all of us told him to leave and to give a place to a stronger player. All of us told him a million times. He was so rude. I was too (a little :) ). He didnt go out. I tried to push them out of field. Then one by one my team leave. He destroyed my team, he destroyed our score, I spend over 150  supplays, all for nothing. And then he leaves... Then we were loosin about 60 flags. I was sending the report... but it didnt help...

 

Please give as possibility "KICK" in all maps. We need it in all maps. This is good. I was kicked 2 times... ok, but when they told me to leave, i go out. Many people just ask u with "please go out" and this is polite and ok.

I perfectly undestand the desire to win and how frustrating the loss is, but it's a game, an amateur player weakens the team but he also wants to play, gain experience. It's strange to kick a player just because of that. One can simply ask him to leave. If a player is violating the game rules, use the /vote command in the chat. Team kick was removed because it was massively abused and it will not be returned.
