Open testing of changes in balance

Okay, this isn't true. If they simply wanted to "balance" the game, they wouldn't make viking weaker than dictator again, for example. They would just slightly tweak the two hulls. But noo, gotta "balance" the game some more.

YES! Finally, it makes sense for Wasp to be faster in short sprints. I really didn't expect Firebird to reload faster too. Too bad Smoky had a damage increase that sacrificed its range though, it was fun annoying thunders.

I tested the weapons, and by far, this is going to be a fantastic balance. Smokies improved crits and higher ROF makes it a blast to play. I'm not super impressed with firebird, the new burning method is still confusing and idk how it helps balance anything. Twins is about the same, the ROF really hasn't changed, nor has the velocity of the plasma balls. Rail is still strong, and there isn't much difference with the old and new rail but its still good. Haven't tested isi at all actually, it looks pretty good. Thunder IMO when I used it, almost seemed nerfed, as I had to shoot a ton of times to kill even a hornet with no thunder protection. Freeze is alright, it doesn't really seemed to have changed much. But what really has changed is the Rico. Oh my goodness, this turret is just like it was in the old days. The plasma ball velocity is very very fast, and the damage seems pretty good. Shafts turret rotation speed has gotten a huge buff, and I love how you can shoot arcade shots again. Looking forward to more updates. :)

Well, don't take my word for it. It's just a personal judgement, I didn't play with it much. Go to the test server and compare stats yourself.

Pls pls pls give rebalance! This is so unfair! I would hv never bought hornet if I had known this would have happened! This has ruined all my plans for when I get further in tanki! I have now wasted so much crys that hv now been completely wasted on guns and hulks that we're good but r now pretty much useless!
