I'm really sad and sorry for your mother. He has done this with me too, thus I have left the groups he had created, and unfriended him. I totally agree with you that he isn't a mature player. However, you shall not post violation pictures here as you could get a ban too and it is considered as a profane image. Which I'm sure would be removed soon, well, for the next time, take a pic and just right click on the name of the guy, and ignore him. I was really sad to hear this :(
