The truth is America are the 1 ton gorilla other countries would kill to be us..... by the same token they also like to criticize us! Now I don't want to get all political this is not the intention of this topic, however I will say that no country is perfect..... There are problems no matter what type of government is in control. If you think (as many seem to) that places like Europe are free from all problems then you need to do some research on the matter. I can assure you that it is not the case!

Even though our country may have some problems it is no excuse to give up on it. think of all the generations of men/women who have died to get where we are! have you given up on them?

I agree with you, but I still say that things are only changed through patriotism. To say that you "hate" this country won't solve the problem. Too say "I love my country and want to fix it" will! People need a leader. Someone who knows what needs to be done and has the guts to do it. People always underestimate their power and worth. They say I am just one man or I am just a girl, but one person becomes one idea which can make a movement! Our history is filled with many examples one of which in MLK!

Exactly. And why can we help these "refugees" yet we can't help out homeless and veterans or homeless veterans? The ijit leader that we elected president needs to get a brain and help our own before helping Isis fighters posing as refugees foreigners
