smoki critical hit more often on some players and no hit on others

It seems every time s smoki fire at me, the first hit is critical hit. About 60% of first hits of smoki are critical. This is insane.

I bought m2 smoki and I notice that some players repeatedly  when are hit by my smoki are critical hit, while others almost never receive critical hits, even after 10-15 shots in sequence and maybe over 100 in the battle. 

How does tanki calculate critical hit chances? I really believe there is something wrong  with the sistem.
