Happens to me too, try refresh the page. If doesn't work maybe the problem comes from either your computer or internet. Have you try turning off anti-virus? that could cause the data being blocked to your computer. Also remember that your computer need to collect the data from tanki. big amount of data, files, and document in your laptop makes your laptop couldn't collect any data from tanki and that causing your computer to stop collecting data to prevent any damage to your computer. Unless your computer or laptop is like Razer blade, alien ware, Ironside, or other gaming PC or laptop. Any further than that I don't know anything anymore. I'm sorry if something I say is wrong,I dunno, it's late here and I'm tired and I'm I kinda not focused

I have the same problem. it started today (untill today everything was working fine).

I've tried the sulotions u gave here and nothing worked.

I have tried using 2 different computers, 2 connections (wireless and ethernet), 3 different browsers (explorer, firefox, chrome), I've cleared the cache of the flash player and the browsers

Nothing workes!!!

I did a speed test and these are the results:

ping: 12ms;

download speed: 67.98 Mbps;

Upload speed: 2.11 Mbps;

Weird, This happened to me earlier about 3-5 times but on Google Chrome only so i changed to Mozilla Firefox for 4-5 days, after that Tanki was running fine on Chrome :/

Refresh your page couple of time and if is still doesn't work open tanki again in a new tab and also enter a different server then the one you entered in the first place. Hope i helped you.

I still have the same problem, i tried everything people have suggested and nothing helps.

i cant go into the game for the last 2 days.

does anyone have a more professional answer then reinstalling the browser (how will that help if the game didnt work on 6 different browsers???)?

I have the problem on a few computers so

maybe tell me what ports i need to check are open on my router (alltough i dont think it is the problem since i havent changed any thing with it when it started).

Maybe my ISP has changed something and somehow blocked off Tanki, what do i need to ask them? does tanki need a special internet access or maybe something in their settings?

Time for Tanki to admit there is a problem and do something about it, many of us have done all tests we were requested on client side but still nothing.
