In first picture, she says that she wants to lose after being quizzed, addressed a "Pro" As an enemy:

Second picture she says that other team will win, clearly supporting enemies; cause:

The third picture shows her D/L as awful.

The final picture shows the enemy begging her "plz pasilik neiseik" which means "plz do not go plz stay" and she stays, doing very little for her team.

Though unable to take a video, this shows evidence of a player not seeking the best for her team, and conferring sabotage with the enemy - thus breaking the below rule.

 

1.24 - Any acts that turn out to be obstacles to the team are prohibited, in the CTF and TDM modes, including inactivity, as well as the conspiracy / sabotage (intentional disregard) with the enemy;

Unfortunately, this evidence isn't sufficient to prove sabotage.
