If I were you, I'd go with Sketchup or look for softwares other than Blender. Blender is very inconvenient to use for me, and it takes FOREVER to learn. Their tutorials are uninformative and ridiculous. I would say Blender is about the absolute worst software for 3D Design, Game Development, Etc. I've been learning Blender for years and it still doesn't make sense to me. Take my word for it, use a different 3D designware.

Please suggest me some, Mainly for car designing.

The only reason i am using blender is because its free, i don't know much about softwares.
