You could send a letter. (Letter is like a message, but in real form, like messages before the email was made). + I don't think that Russia is seriously going to attack Lithuania. Did Putin say that they will attack LT? If not, don't believe them.

So, what do they know? Your govnerment is pretty good actually. That doesn't mean Russia is going to attack Lithuania. LT Govt stopped the "Spice" drug outbreak in a few months, but in Latvia it is still ongoing for years.

P.S. Why do you think that all russians want to gain more territory. Let me explain you a few things.

 

1. The Russians are invading only Eastern Ukraine, they are leaving the other side of Ukraine alone.

 

2. Sanctions are ongoing.

 

3. The russians don't approve this invasion, a popular russian singer published a song, which is against Putin's actions.

 

P.S. If the russians are invading, just give up and side up with russians. Many russians are good. People, do not think that russians are bad, it's just Putin.
