My tanki is not letting me load into it? it just stops and there a bug on the main page PLz help

OMG, the second picture in the main menu of tanki is a huge bug, i can help you in the first pic of loading just refresh your browser couple of times and it might work. ;)

There is a problem with the Game which has started on the 19th.

As agentxbluegas mentioned - the game is stuck in LOADING...

I have tried many of the suggestions in this forum:

• Refreshing the Browser
• Change Browser (IE, Chrome & Safari)
• Clean the Flash player cache
• Clean the Browser cache
• Disable all downloads

• Disable Anti-Virus

• Run speed test

• Try to Play non-busy servers
• Change computer

Nothing works!!!

Since I didn't have this problem before and I see other people having the same issues, I beleive there is a problem with the Tanki Online Game.

Would anybody from game Admin be able to check and reply?

Thanks but I still want to run it online.

There was some change in the game since the 19th that caused it to stop loading registration screen. I have no other option but to leave this game until this Bug will be fixed as I see there is no real support from game administrators...

Yes and it is working very well.

even tried to reset my modem but nothing...

Can it relate to the service provider...? I don't think so..but something must have happend that prevents the Registration screen from loading after the LOADING screen...

Same thing that tantan88 reports happening to me. When attempting to log in to a game server the Loading hangs near the end. Happened on 20 and 21 April, I did not log in for a few days before that.

 

Tanki, please sort this out.

 

Edit: same thing happens with standalone flash player.

Ok, since you tried all possible ways to access TO Servers we can make one last try: check if your router is able to connect with TO Servers.

 

To do this open the "Commands Prompt" and then write:

tracert c5.tankionline.com

Let it work till "Trace complete" sentece comes out, then screen it and post it here.

 

You should obtain something like this: 

 

Dojng this process will allow you/us to know if your router is able to connect with TO Servers and also with which PING it deals every request.

Another thing I noticed, that I think is new, is that the green  "Loading" progress bar progresses only if the tab is in focus. If I leave it half loaded and switch to another tab, it will continue from that point when I return to the tanki tab.

You have high PING when connecting to the last three sections (last one is referring to Netherlands, where TO Servers are). Those PING should not be so high, but they should be enough for your to load a battle and play.

 

Is your computer an old one? This could be the issue, you should check the minimun system requirements to play TO.

My computer is fine, I've been playing tanki for many months without significant issues. As this was reported by three different users at the same time more or less in this post alone, all with considerable playing history per their ranks, can tanki please check this on their end?

Running the trace I got more or less the same results as nubhitank (ping was less than 90ms). I have also noticed that the LOADING bar progress only when the window is active.

I also believe this is something at the Tanki application end as I never had any issue with it before... 

Is there anyway for Tanki to dedicate a test server so you can trace the logins?

I agree with Nubhitank and tantan88. I, too only had problems with high ping/low FPS some time during April. TO must have made some changes for us all to have similar issues at the same time. Come on TO guys, please sort it or we will have to dump the game for another that is playable!!

That glitch is for me too. The loading bar works but for some reason my browser can't with stand the glitch and crashes. I reinstalled My browser and now the glitch is gone. I don't know what it was but I fixed the glitch for myself.
