There's no such a "same reason 3 times and month ban", we have different rules for different violations. After 50 bandays in your karma (since 21.April 2014), you'll be getting bigger bans for the same violations, i.e. if you get a day ban for offense A, after you get 50 bandays, you'll be getting a week ban for the same offense A.

But as I said, flood won't be banned a month (unless you don't have anything to do, but keep filling forum and chat with flood even after several bans - then, of course, we'll have to stop you by using force)

because of the old bans, mostly got without serious violation(not all).

E.c. mine account has been hacked in 2013 and the hacker banned it forever. The ban is removed, but it stayed in my ban history and because of it I can never become chat moderator which I really want to be.

Bans aren't given for no reason, if there's a wrong ban in your history, it has been unbanned/noted as wrong and it doesn't affect your karma.

As for account being hacked - it can be checked if the bans were gotten while your account was hacked or not, thought the fact itself that you have been hacked is not good at all when applying for staff.

As you can see, none of your points makes deletion of karma necessary :)

Exactly this, 1 day ban is 1 banday, 2 day bans are 2 bandays, 1 week ban is 7 bandays.

If the ban was for something other than scam/cheats/bad name, player can ask an admin for unban 6 months after he got the ban.

Also, people receive a ban for a month for a bad name, does that mean when the ban ends they continue as normal with the offensive name.

The green "player has been banned for a month for inappropriate name" you see in the chat is just half of what actually happens. After doing the ban, the moderator passes the nick to tech support, who block the account until the owner requests a name change.
