@jamester69 nice but like i said i see it and i know it, there is 2 players who insult each other and one said to moderator his friend to get him ban, and he do it this moderator, and interesting is that this guy who same insult first player didn't get ban because he know this moderator, he is friend with him and we will do all  what he need! It's shame and stupid for me and for all this game. You really do something bad here and don't want to fix it, there is million problems for which you don't care!

Hey jamie. If you ever have a problem with a player not being banned, make sure to report him on the Forum, where he'll get banned for sure if he violated the rules.

Moderators can be flooded with the conversations.

Thanks Ralph  :rolleyes:, and I do understand that MOD's can be Swamped, and that there are several Good MOD's who go out of their way not JUST swing the almighty "Ban Hammer", but they actually go out of their way to "HELP" by gathering requested info for others, answering questions, ect. and from now on you can believe I will be making a point of reporting chat violators on the forum, I haven't in the past because I see it happen so much, (and with certain people involved). I don't get on here and rant or rave usually at all, but I have seen and had so much unfairness go on, it has kinda been building up lol, and this subject just seemed to be the perfect opportunity to vent. lol But thanks again Ralph  ;) I appreciate your suggestion. and as always...

2 month bans would only count as 30 bandays.

However, if from now on a player gets 2 month bans, or reaches 100 bandays, next major violation will be punished by a 6 months ban.

 

@Raphael2 there is no question will this other guy will same get ban or not, here i try to tell about moderators, they do i mean one moderator chat lister other friends and he do all what they want to do!

You keep repeating that "moderators don't punish those who need to be punished, they just listen to their friends and do whatever their friends tell them to do" - well, I can tell you it doesn't work like that, but still, if you have examples of this happening, send your complaints to a chat admin :)

problem is that if you get banned for flood it counts as a day if you do it a lot?

ive been banned for flood becuase i just said "nooooooooooo!"

I, as well am worried about flood bans adding up to a serious ban. 

As someone else mentioned, I think there needs to be a better way to report violators. This way those of us who care about the community can help clean things up. We can't expect the few MODS that are around, to do this all by themselves. What about junior mods, with less powers then regular mods, but enough power to submit reports and /or request immediate help when they see something. More eyes the better.  I have a perfect example.  I was in a battle a couple of days ago and witnessed a cheater. He was under the map and still killing people. I tried to get a mod (/vote) and it didn't work. So went and PM a mod that was online in the forum, but by the time he answered me it was way to late. A video was not an option. If I was a junior mod with a "I NEED HELP NOW" button, the cheater my have gotten caught.

I am pretty sure there is a forever ban as one of my friends has been banned forever and anyway why would you want that risk of not being able to talk FOREVER?????!!!!
