I doubt the guide will work. But good luck to those who try. In my opinion only players who are more then 3 and more years in tanki who help a lot of people are and should be famous. But those who get a special paint buy lots of crystals with money can't and won't be famous. Fame can't be bought. Its a opinion of others, even if they pretend that you are famous that means they are only pretending.. Real fame comes from hard work, long work, by the time you have worked so long you don't care to be famous. And that's when the real fame comes.

(GUIDE) How To Become Famous

 

Hello fellow readers! You want to become known on the forum and chat? you want people to say "Hi" to you like crazy? Well then! I will give you some tips to become

known socially in tanki! 

 

Basic Rules:

            These are the basic rules that you must use when you want to become famous:

                           

               

            1) Try not to break the rules. People will not befriend you if you are a troll or a lawbreaker and they will always hate you. You will become known, but

for your violations. You certainly do not want to become known in a negative sense!

I don't agree, I was a troll, I wasn't always hated.

            2) Say hello to everyone when you enter a battle. This will indicate that you are a friendly person and you want to have tons of friends. Interestingly,

your friends are your stairs towards fame, so never miss them when you have a chance! So try to remain friendly.

I don't agree here as well, Russian players are way more than English, so a lot of times you won't get a reply.

            3) Never create useless or pointless topics. The moderators will surely close it and they will also warn you about these kinds of topics if you have 

repeatedly created them. Also, many members enjoy writting comments like" Pointless topic" and "mods will close it soon". This will affect your confidence. So try

to avoid creating useless topics.

Those players who says "pointless topics" are the ones that are actually hated, not the one who makes the pointless topic.

            4) Never flood on chat. Flooding is considered spam and a disgrace in the pathway of fame. Many people will laugh at you. For instance, if you spent alot

of time on a guide and you are a spammer, then the members will not take interest in this topic and the mods will close it due to inactivity. Furthermore, flooding 

can lead to 1min,5mins,1hour,1day bans and it will affect your karma. So try not to flood.

I agree, the actually spamming is hated, but I got ban twice for for a day for flood, I wasn't flooding, just typing too fast for the system.

            5)Remain active on forum. People usually remember active people on the forum than on the chat, as there are tons of people in chat and a bunch on forum.

So it is easier for you to become famous on forum than on chat. Furthermore, being active on forum will also lead to fame in the chat.

Advanced Rules:

               If you have completed the basic rules, then you are ready for total fame and reputation! Here are some advanced rules in fame.

 

               1) Try to make contact with people who are active,famous and friendly. If you hang out with famous people, then you will become known as well. But don't

get on their nerves by typing things like "Oh my gosh u are so famous please hang out with me! Im gonna die !!". This will give famed people the chance to penalize you.

               2) Take part in battles of higher ranks. Most famous and active people are on the high ranks of 3rd Lt and above. Of course, you will get pwned at first,

but if you have a good combo such as titan m1 shaft m1 then you can use it up to the colonel ranks. Plus, playing against high ranks will higher your rating faster.

No. just no. you will make your team lose and they will hate you. 

               3) Create useful topics. Try to write guides and informative topics which give your readers an edge in battles, or anything related with tanki.If you

write a good guide which is clear,precise and informative. People will like you for these things and will help you in getting a positive conduct from your fellow

tankers.

                4)Try to increase your posts. That doesn't mean that you should necropost, but you should try to give decent and affirming posts. If you get 500+

posts, then you will become known everywhere. The most posts, the most active person. Currently FedralBeureauFBI has the most posts.........15k+!!!

                5) Last but not the least, the most common tip used by many players...... hang out in server 1. Most of the staff and important people hang out in 

server 1 and the XP battles are also usually over there. So try to hang out there. Most players might have noticed that server 1 is always full from the tanki

home page. However, you can always enter server 1 by following this method:

No :( don't bring mults to our XP's

you can change en.5 to en.1 which will lead you directly to server 1, if it is not overloaded.

 

6) Try joining clans. Fellow members can really help you if you are willing to be loyal to them. They can give you tips, and they can really affect your tanki career. 

But always remember..... being the co-leader of a noob clan is worse than being the future member of an awsome clan. So try not to join noob and inactive clans.

And always remember, fame cannot be gained by hardwork, it can only be gained with talent and experience.

This isn't pinned, the point is, it's not just being famous, even if you are famous, you get arrogant, you snub up people. If you just help people on a small scale, you keep your humility. You stay a nice guy. The disliked part is "How to be famous". Wannabe attention seekers want to get famous quick.

1) Nope. You can be relatively new and be helpful and famous. e.g. fool4rist, became active in June and is famous since July.

2) If you have a special paint and buy lots of crystals, you CAN be famous, and you are likely to be famous if you are nice. e.g. CHAMPI0N, who's usually nice and fits this description.

3) Whaat? Of course you can buy fame. Almost everything can be bought. e.g. You pay to get a full M3 account and make epic videos. / You buy crystals for others. / (irl) most famous people are rich. Usually they earned money because they were famous, but some became famous because they had money. :P (sorry for crap examples)

4) True, you get be famous after working hard. And that's the real earned fame.
