Well, when you give negative feedback, make sure to apply some constructive criticism instead of just "TO SUCKS" or "DEVS SUCK."

And I assume your description of the administration at the end of your original post does constitute a violation of the rules. And actually, saying stuff that's bad about the game is fine - if you have any negative feedback on the moderation/administration, then just contact an admin such as @Yele or . I got used to it eventually xD

 

Anyways, nowadays you can post criticism of the game, so long as it doesn't violate any rules.

Due to large number of scams and trolling, punishments have been increased. I totally agree about it.  There always ways of speaking about the game and sharing your opinion without insulting or saying anything which breaks the rules.
