Twins is better than Rico literally, with no connection to hulls, and I'm sure about that.

At least 'till now all the players that replied said what I think is right - Twins is better (I use primarily Railgun, but compared with Rico, Twins is way better)!

Before I would say twins but now rico. It eats away at your health like nuts. It also depends on the hull; wasp/ hornet rico would win because of the charge but when it is mammoths or titans twins because when rico needs to refuel twins can still go and keeps on. They're beoth annoying and I don't like to see either one of them :)  :P  ^_^

Twins, it will definately keep shooting untill the enemy is destroyed. Twins is so annoying, if it wouldn't have unlimited ammo it would be the weakest weapon. I wish the future twins can fire for 25-30 seconds and then recharge 15 seconds, in that case players will avoid easily twins.

Technically Ricochet is much stronger, by its stats, but I like Twins more, because it doesn't ask so much skills to control it. All you've to do is shoot at the enemy all the time, with no miss, and volia - you used it all.

if you are not druger do not get any of them. Twins without drugs is nothing rico is a way betre but when it comes to drugs both are unstopable but with rico you will have problems at start

Twins has a better knock back and shots accurately and forever. RICO has a weaker kick back and runs out if bullets quicker. Also it missed a lot and a light hull can dodge it. RICO is only good in tunnels where it bounce off skill works best.

Ricochet, IMO, is more powerful than Twins.

Rico is much better because you can use it while under cover by a wall or something and that you can beat the mad shafters hidden in tunnels without facing him and plus longer range and bigger damage , while twins small damage short range and you cant attack while undercover. 

 

You twin users know that I am right.
