Connection closed by server

Someone please tell me why this happens, its annoying. randomly when i'm playing a message shows up saying "connection closed by server' and tanki online closes. Why is this happening. did i do something. please answer

it is because u leave tanki on too long and it automatically shuts down to stop the whole server of tanki online from lagging

If this error occurs regularly, then change your password and e-mail address. It is possible that someone else is logging into your account.

2. Clean Flash Shared Objects.

3. Try using another browser. Browsers can be downloaded from official sites – Chrome, Firefox, Opera и Internet Explorer.

4. Update your Flash Player plugin.

5. Perhaps your internet connection is too slow. Try to reset your Internet connection (turn your router off and on again), and stop all downloads.

6. Try playing using the Stand Alone Flash Player.

I'm not a noob.. It doesn't always mean someone is logging in on your account. if you read what i put. i put the correct procedure to follow if this happens.  as seen here: http://tankionline.com/en/help/access/loading/closed/

some one else is trying to login from your account u should change your pass.

Another reason may be that the servers have to restart to update.
