When the 2013 Rebalance came about lots of players, and I mean LOTS of players threatened to leave the game. Guess what?

 

THE DEVELOPERS DID NOTHING.

But then again, with that said, i do think it isn't really fair to change the stats after one has bought an item. It is like buying a ferrari and the manufacturers change the engine to a lambo with no refund. Some will like it, some wont, but i do not think it is fair because you are essentially changing what that tanker has paid for. (it's akin to buying a different thing altogether). I agree that in such a circumstance, one has to change one's gamestyle/ gameplay, BUT, bear in mind that one did not buy something with hard earned crystals (or money) to adapt to the item in question. If you buy a ferrari, you expect a ferrari. (using this because it is an internationally known brand). If you buy a touring car, the manufacturer cannot alter it to a rally car without your consent. Same concept should be applied to games (tanki). All this is IMO, i know some people may disagree, and that is fine.

 

I just started tanki about a month ago and therefore, am not qualified to comment on the OPness of any particular m1-m3 item. As of now, i have yet to purchase a m1 hull/turret XD.

 

Just giving my 2 cents worth on the altering of stats without refund.

 

I totally sympathise with fellow tankers who are experiencing, in their opinion, (bear in mind that they bought those items to suit their particular style of gameplay) nerfed weapons or have to alter their gameplay due to the altered stats.

 

For those who are happy with the update and feel their weapons have been buffed, congratulations :)

 

All in all, tanki is still just a game meant for us to escape reality or spend our leisure time. It is really fun, but do not let it consume you and take it too seriously (sometimes to the extent of losing sleep or raging the whole day!)

No offence but I totally disagree. I think rico is now perfect as it wasn't very good before on m0 m1 or m2. It WAS only "OK" on m3. Now u can use m2 rico in a generalissimo battle and do quite well. In my eyes, you seem afraid of change. It will take time to get used to. When the physics update came out, it was really weird then a few weeks later, I didn't even remember what the old version was like! Keep playing and ignore it. To be honest I think twins is really annoying. The rate of fire with unlimited ammo just destroys!! I think the rebalance is now great and I am definitely getting rico m3 when I'm right rank.

I find the actual gameplay well balanced, people just need to change their game style and they will appreciate the new true value of their items.

Rico might be a bit OP though.
