It took me a bit of searching but i figured out he trick

Heres a hint, keep an eye on the multiples of 9

Hint on how it works (AT YOUR OWN RISK):

 

 

 

 

69 = 69 - 15 = 54

68 = 68 - 14 = 54

67 = 67 - 13 = 54

66 = 66 - 12 = 54

65 = 65 - 11 = 54

64 = 64 - 10 = 54

63 = 63 - 9   = 54

62 = 62 - 8   = 54

61 = 61 - 7   = 54

60 = 60 - 6   = 54

 

Now as you see, these numbers all give the same answer.

But what about other numbers? 

Well, as you see, the 'possible' answers all get the same character. 

Lets say 54 was letter 'm'.

 

79 = 79 - 16 = 63

78 = 78 - 15 = 63

77 = 77 - 14 = 63

76 = 76 - 13 = 63

75 = 75 - 12 = 63

74 = 74 - 11 = 63

73 = 73 - 10 = 63

72 = 72 - 9   = 63

71 = 71 - 8   = 63

70 = 70 - 7   = 63

 

So obviously, '63' will get also a 'm'.

 

This step is repeated with all other numbers.

And if you haven't noticed, all 'possible' answers have something in common.
