How to Clear Cache on most browsers

Hello,

 

I'm not sure if this will help but if tanki is Lagging for you then try clearing your cache, I have posted instructions for this below.

 

For Google Chrome

Go to the icon upper right of the screen that looks like three black bars. Click it and scroll down to tools and a new popup comes up over to the side that says clear browsing data. Click this and a new tab opens up, and the popup on it has check boxes, make sure that the following are checked: Empty the cache as well as Delete cookies and other site and plug in data. Then click the clear browsing data button. Close your chrome and reopen it, it should work fine.

 

 

For FireFox

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options. Select the Advanced panel. Click on the Network tab. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now. Then go back to the firefox button and click the history menu and then clear recent history. Click the details section to make sure that cookies are included in this, then click clear now. Close and restart your Firefox.

 

For Opera

Click on the menu (the O) then hover down to settings and in a popup to the right will be: delete private data. Click this and then click detailed options, make sure that session cookies, all cookies and entire cache are selected and click to clear. Close and restart browser.

 

For Safari 

Click the Safari button and scroll down to reset safari, choose empty cache and clear cookies then click the reset button. Close and restart browser.

 

For Maxthon

Double-click the Clear All History desktop icon. Click the Tools button in the toolbar. Click Browser History item. Select Maxthon and check the delete cookies and delete temporary internet files options. Click the clear button. Close and restart browser.

 

 

Go to your browser search bar. Search for any of the above browsers, go to their home page and locate a download button. Download and install the new browser and use one of them. Maxthon and Opera are fast for flash games, Chrome is next fastest and has more bells and whistles, then firefox, but it has the nicest interface, can’t comment on safari, but it’s a must have if a mac user.
