Connection closed by server

The message 'Connection closed by server' keeps popping up and im losing loads of battle fund and i even missed a 3k gold.

I have changed my password but there was no ghange, its still popping up please help me

takes too long to load, and displays "server is unavailable as it is under maintenance. we apologize for any inconvenience caused" there's cleanly no maintenance because others are playing

 

sometimes when finally get in, then after a little while "connection closed by server"

I'm also getting, "server is unavailable as it is under maintenance" + "connection closed by server" + "unable to find page" +  no green part to battle list + loading bar stalls.

 

All these problems started recently - my internet speed is 15 - 25 Mbps and other sites load ok.

 

Just Tanki has problems - the usual green links and  "ur internet is in that second very very low...=" is not the solution.

 

Going to try another game until Tanki stops having these problems, that started a few days ago.

^I agree, I have been receiving these problems, they are mostly related to flash player maybe, even if I'm wrong, tanki needs fixes, alot.

Started a few days ago, now I'm getting connection closed by server all the time.

followed all the instructions ie:-  cleared cache,checked speed (ok) etc.

I have two accounts, one for my son and problem is on both.

No probs on any other sites, only TANKI ?

How low is your "very low" and how high is your, ("speed it up and see the results ")?  Please in Mbps. 

 

Low and high, are like short and long, little  and big etc. They need to be associated with a number, measurement, or size etc.

I think  "low" is say 5Mbps, "high" say 50Mbps.

My speed is ok,  Thought problem may be my computer or flash player but then why is the problem only on tanki game.

I agree with previous post,    come on MODS give us some support in solving this annoying problem.

The "no green part to battle list", that I had, seems to have been fixed. Another topic said - devs working on it - Thanks devs

 

Not sure if problems are now only on a few servers. What do other peeps think?

yes, still suffering these problems even after using solutions given on forum, internetspeed is between 23-28 Mbps, should not be the problem. If it continious i really do consider stopping with Tanki, sadly enough.

^^++ Still getting problems - same as Ree above - my speed 15 - 25 Mbps - also use CCleaner

This topic shows that the problems reported by 6/7 players on this topic and other, more recent, topics are still ongoing.

 

The green links, we keep getting, are not solving the problems - we just go away when nothing gets done.

 

We need to know Tanki devs are working to solve our problems. Tnx

now if a person having 15-20 Mbps speed and getting this problem, what can I say, they could be from tanki server (maybe)  OR your PCs are having low specs (RAM, core, GPU, etc), 

 

Note: These are only my opinions the problem could have cause coz something else.

All my PCs, are high ended andd sided :P

 

After reading other posts, I see some players only have 1 - 2Mbps internet. My kit would go into sleep mode at that speed.

 

Please Devs - we just need to know that you are at least considering, that the cause off all the recent problems, is not at the players end. 

 

How can all the, "server is under maintenance", screens be caused by a players speed, PC etc?  Just, may be, the're due to Tanki trying to fix things. Hope so.
