How much will it take?

Hello,

 

My account has been stolen from 48 hours ago.

I sent an email to help@tankionline.com (like what is wrote in http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=163835.)

But I only receive an automated respond from 48 hour ago.

Is there any other way like HOTLINE for this emergency cases?

How much must I wait and see wasting my collected resources?

If you know any staff in help@tanki... Please tell him to check tickets and at least disable my account till proccessing my application.

my ticket number is  #8xxx95.

They help all players chronological. What was the number of the 'ticket' you got? They always let you know how many other players they'll help before it's your turn. So just be patient till it's your turn.

I know they have many many works. But disabling account is not to hard for now.

It's not that the people in the Help Desk go over all the messages fast and do the easiest first. They do them in the order in which they were sent so there's nothing to complain about. In the automated message you got your place in the queue is written (it's right for the time it was sent). The only thing you can do is to wait.

but the main (with all informations) is:

Just PM complete numbers to you.

But remember they are accepting real money and our accounts are valuable, also can use for illegal actions.

So they can at least disable this account , then work on in on their free time. (Like Hotlines of credit cards)

It is an idea of me for improving the game.

Still I see my banner is changing and my score is changing too.

You don't understand - they read messages according to their place in the queue - until the time that they get to your message, they don't know that it's short and there's a bit to do!

Yes I don't UNDERESTAND!

But all tickets have a small title and can determine its importance from it.

Also a regular ticketing system (like most of other Good Games) can route tickets to where must it go.

(this are my opinion only)

They don't read the titles of all the messages and handle the ones that seem to be the easiest - they read them according to the order in the queue without any connection to the title.

I will seat and see wasting my crystals and money.

I can't do anymore. :mellow:

That's life. If the people in the the Help Desk will think that it's required to restore your account all of the crystals that were spent by the hacker will be back. 

Some Moderator please lock the topic, the question was clearly answered.
