i pay 500 and after finishing the game I got 12 cristals i must to got 512!!! :(

Unfortunately if you pay 500 crystals, you do not get compensated at the end of the game for them. You pay this for the privilege of playing in a pro battle ( A battle where certain specs of the battle can be changed, e.g. Bonus boxes, Supplies, Crystal Boxes etc.) Also even if there is nobody on the opposite team, the crystals are still split according to flags. and therefore a portion of the battle fund could have gone to nobody.
