BIG game frustrations.

I've noticed, particularly in the early evening in the US, the number of options for games is slight. This marks logic considering time differentials and fewer players on the server. Sleep is, after all, essential. :-) My frustration rests in the options of games generally being large, long commitment games. When time permits, I enjoy these. The profit potential appeals to me. However, folks who create these games place no time limits. Upon entering one, if you don't or can't play through the game's duration, you suffer the loss of any earned rewards. I don't think it's the obligation of admin. to tend this, but, to me, sense suggests that time limits would be more than less preferred. Nothing wrong with a long game, but 999 flags? Holy cow! Who has half a day to play that through. Surely not someone with a life.

 

There. A simple rant, but I feel much better now. Har!

I think some of the 999 games are just for exp, or some people go afk, get a book on the spacebar with a smoky and just wait, maybe get a few kills before that but overall they get quite a few.

Haha I totally agree with maddog; I noticed that too, that at around that time almost every game around is a no time limit game with an insane amount of flags.

Just jump in right before the server restart and grab some serious crystals :)

 

If your on the winning side, and those that have been playing for hours have racked up a sizable battle fund, grab your share by playing the last hour or so before the server restart.... heh

 

(of note... last game I played had a server restart that didn't award anything, this should get interesting now... what a bunch of *%$^&, I mean, lets see how many people play for hours NOW) :roll:

Maybe you will be suprised but people really play a five or more hours in one battle, earning kills (even 999), capturing flags and so on. Usually they do it for a huge award. Speaking frankly, I agree with you, I can't understand what kind of pleasure you might get, when you spending hours, chasing for a thousand of crystals. But they do this. It's a definite category of players, regretfully I don't know their naming in English (only in Russian).
