tank does no damage, cannot pick up boxes / flags

hi folks,

 

sorry for my english being bad, i´m from germany and i already asked the german community for help but without any success so far.

 

from yesterday night on my tank does no damage to other tanks in battle, isi won´t heal and i´m not able to pick up any boxes or flags. this situation starts after some seconds in game...maybe 30 seconds. and it really sucks, you know - for a few days i´ve hornet and rail m3 running...also isi m3, i really wanna show other players how things work in battle, haha. ;) but now this. heeelp!

 

here is what i´ve tried so far...but nothing helped...

 

- C-Cleaner

- Browser-Cache emptied

- Flash-cache emptied

- Flashplayer de-installed and installed again

- tried TO in another browser

- "shared objects" deleted: the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<your PC account>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player#SharedObjects\ on harddisk emptied

- also tried running the game with not working virus scanner

 

folks, i´m counting on your support. i´m really looking forward for an helpful advice to get my tank working again. support of my isi in battle is guaranteed! ;)

You have been experiencing lag, refresh the page and the lag will disappear. Try to get a better internet source if one is available, also try to increase you browser performance, instructions can be found here: http://en.tankiforum...howtopic=163692

Internet speed ? ¿ www.speedtest.net did these lags start recently or u r having them from quit before coz from frew days many ppl are having lags.

hi there and thank you for your quick answers. well, i´m running a solid 16k-dsl internet connection. the speed does not differ. already checked it. but i´ll give it a try and follow the instructions given in the link.

 

the problem appeared after i changed my password...but i cannot imagine that this has something to do with it?! yesterday i changed the pw, yesterday the problem appeared. hmmmm. no idea. i´ll report.

you´re right, i saw some players with massive lags on server 29...hmmmm. but i never realized myself having lags before. is it really a lag-problem? i can see other tanks react totally "normal" in game. only i cannot deal damage and interact with objects like boxes / flags. is this the typical lag? so it would be my first time.

I hav also suffered from this prob

But after restarting my browser problem is resolved.

I knew u had tried this before many times but for me it really works.

Ah, i see. So this is the origninal lag-situation how it feels for the player who´s actually lagging, right? I never experienced this before.

 

Ok...so I´ll try other servers...maybe there´s difference? But till now I had it on all servers I tried (1,4,29)

Do you get, "connection closed by server" or other infomation notices from Tanki?

 

Do the problems reduce for a few hours?

 

Suggest not using CCleaner or clearing caches for a few days.
