There's really no point in the background because once you scroll a certain amount there's no picture and its just gray like before, and the forum is much slower for me, and I have a high end computer and great internet.

This layout is hard for clans.. Their old designs are somewhat changed.. People made the background brown behind the tanks so that on forum the tank should look without any background.. But in new layout they added black color as background.. so it clearly shows that its edited. But still some features are nice.

That is why you have to make transparent background images.

I agree with the background picture, but the forum is not slow for me :P
