"Request Timed Out" on a tracert Tracert Hop

Please can someone help with a problem I had when using the tracert to Tanki.

 

One of the hops had, "Request Timed Out".

 

At what  " hop " time does it become, "Request Timed Out"?

 

What would cause a time out and what is the solution?

it means that you cant connect to the tanki servers, means that the request sent to tanki server has not responded. and can you take a screenshot of you tracert and post here ?

Request Timed Out (also called Error 408) is a situation in which your computer has sent a request to the server (in this case Tanki Server) and the server didn't respond to it within the Interval that is set in the Browser Settings. For further help, please (if your'e a Google Chrome user) click "More" and take a screenshot of the mini-window that appears. It should contain technical information about why and in what circumstances the error occurred and could help fixing it.

Tnx - You say the Tanki Server has not responded - is that usually caused by a Tanki server problem?

but actually getting timed out only once doesn't prove that it is a problem from tanki servers, sometimes due to some interference it may occur

From what I know that's a good speed, but there's never too much :)

it could be a problem, but i dont know if there is problem with the servers
