Changes in Maps

Hello, tankers!

 

In one of our upcoming updates, we will be making a number of changes to the majority of the maps in the game.

 

As you may have seen in one of our recent videos, CP mode will soon be supported by all maps in the game, except for Ping-Pong, Duel and Hill.

 

The update will significantly change the mechanics of this mode. Team members will be respawning at their bases rather than at captured points. Essentially, CP will be much more balanced and tactical.

The CP version for Madness will be even more exciting as it will combine the current mechanics with the upcoming one. Tanks will be respawning at team bases, but capturing any of 3 points located at the upper level of the map will grant your team additional respawn points located close to the captured points.

Additionally, a number of maps will undergo visual changes, making for more immersive gameplay.

Finally, it has been decided to remove 3 maps, which are Deck-9, Magadan and Canyon. These maps are hardly ever used, and we prefer to concentrate our resources on perfecting the remaining arenas.

Of course we know how much you love the ramp in Canyon. Don’t worry! We will be moving it to 2042 so that you can keep enjoying it!

We are already preparing for an open testing, so you should be able to explore all of these changes in few days. Stay tuned!

Nice, already knew everything about it, except for the awesome ramp in 2042. Good job!

the regions with red skull are inaccessible to player (will they self destruct there )  or can players go there ?

 

if they are inaccessible , what exactly is point in keeping that ?

I like the CP thing, but can someone clarify is the extra space in maps such as Silence will be playable on or self-destructt zones

So you remove Deck-9 and Canyon yet you keep Deathtrack and Gubakha? I hope new maps will be made in an attempt to fill that void, because those two maps weren't the most unpopular.

I remember I was on the test server and played Silence II. I went to the zone and self-destructed, I'm not sure if it will change or not but....
