I think Isida is at its best in No Supplies. A healing Isida is of great value in any game, but more so  in a No Supplies game since there is no alternative way of healing, for the team, than what the Isida can give. Isida consequently is at its best when drugging isnt possible.

Those who use Isida as an attac weapon generally combine it to an heavier hull, often Viking.

However those who use Isida as a healer and uses it as a weapon only when in danger, better uses lighter hulls like Wasp and Hornet.

In confrontating a well armed enemy with a good weapon You have to have a good hull yourself (for example Viking).  But when it comes to heal as many team-mates as possible in as short time as possible at different places all over the map, high speed is better than heavy hull.

In order to be a good Isida-healer-helper You have to know were all of your team-mates are all the time, so that You can check their health and help them. Not all Isidas realise that team-mates may exist in directions they doesnt look. So they dont think there is any reason to look around either! I call them noobs. But at my rank I have noticed that the noobs with Isida is a lot fewer than it is at lower ranks.

When it comes to to Control Points in small maps, that is when there is only one Control Point on the map, Isida is often used in combination with a very heavy hull. Very much damage is dealt in small CP-maps even in No Supplies games.

I believe that one helping Isida out of four or five in a team, is the best proportion in a standard CTF-map, but the more damage dealt in a map the more Isidas is needed. The bigger the map and the fever the team-mates spread over it, the harder it is for a healing Isida to get a decent amount of points and crystals.

On the other hand probably no other turret gains as much from DP.

So, overal, what are best hulls for small Isida? Hornet + Thunder? Maybe Hunter? Still haven't decided what should I chose...

Also - how do you think, what second turret would be best to buy to have most universal combination available?

As Isida is short-ranged I'm thinking Thunder or Shaft (and I thought I will never consider Shaft...).

Railgun would be also good but its damn hard for me to master...

I like my lil' Isida, but I'm not sure if I can honestly recommend it. Just as Vettefan once wrote - it can barely kill M1 Hornet.

OTOH - no other turret gives you so much to do in Team matches. And I like Team matches.

I do not regret buying Isida M3 at all.

It's a truly astounding weapon, and support item.

Look at my D/L, horrible right?

Look on the bright side, I stopped the Flag from being taken twice all by myself, returned a flag also by myself, and captured a total of three flags, 2 of them by myself, and one of them with support. I also supported the other majority of the flag capturers, by helping them stay at good health.

Not to mention kept my Teammates very healthy.

See the guy in 1st Place? Mammoth/Shaft. I stood by him many times, and he never died unless I left him to help other teammates

and support a flag capture or capture one myself.

The Isida is only MU'd three times, all in different stats.

I can play with Gens. Haha. It seems like I'm getting some skill back now. :)

And with Wasp, it's great. Railguns miss me, Shafts miss me, I can hide behind teammates, in corners, and keep healing.

I can dodge enemies, I can kill, I can sneak, I can make a run for it. And I can get to many teammates at once, keeping them all alive.

Who cares if you have a bad D/L. It doesn't matter if you play a key part in winning. :D

Yep, drug-battle. Everyone had drugs on, so why not? I've been saving them for so long now. Though I must say, I should really conserve them for future use. :P

So I didn't stay for a second round. Haha.

Had Digital paint. That thing works wonders.

One good thing about Isida is that once you have a higher M of it, you dominate lower M's of it 99.9999999999% of the time. On the flip side, if someone with the same M comes around, the battle would be longer and a little more entertaining then a Freeze battle. :/
