Isida is way too OP compared to other turrets. A battle with two Isidas or more in a team is almost 100% sure to win. An Isida drugging is impossible to kill unless you start drugging yourself.

Isida's healing, self-healing, and maybe range needs to be nerfed. It is clearly the most annoying weapon in team battles.

It is so annoying that I even plan to buy it  ;) .

Yes, and irksome if two Isidas are together. If possible, I'll switch to Irbis paint and use Twins on both Isidas at once.

But at a distance, as on Berlin and Solikamsk, a good shaft will kill both before they get anywhere nearby. :o

Yeah, that extended range was a blatant money-raising scheme, and the possible distance is way too long.

I like Isida. I put it with Viking, and I am defense/medic for my team. It also works good when I need xp in DM mode for mission, because of the self healing. Best way to use it is with double damage, as you'll heal teammates 2x as fast as well as kill enemy tanks twice as fast. Twins knocks off isida's aim VERY easily though, I don't use it a bunch it just feels too weak to get any kills with.

After playing Vampire_Medic for two days, Tanki is a VERY different game when using Isida. IMO twice as fun. Healing allies helps build relationships with your team, and gives you something to do when there aren't any enemies around. Offensively, the self healing adds a new dimension to your attach, as you can last longer than other players with equivalent hulls. It's fun to watch your health meter rise and fall and rise and fall again as an enemy tries to kill you while you replenish your health by stealing his.

Enemy players DO target you more. Enemy players also RUN AWAY from you often. It's a wash, but it is different.

I'm playing very low rank battles, so team battles and other map specific behaviors such as midfielding and supply camping are non-existent. It's also funny to watch new tankers work with tough turrets like Rail and Rico. Every once in a while I do see another alt though. There was this one guy last night using Rail-Wasp M0 and absolutely DOMINATING through sheer skill. Most Railers at Sergeant can't shoot their way out of a paper bag.

Flipping is a real problem with Isida since it is a gun with no recoil. You can't turn back over, and you can't even correct mid fall. I lost a first place spot last night because I had to take the SD penalty. Unlike at high levels, enemy tanks just ignored me rather than kill me. Weird.

Part core? LOL.

I took Vampire_Medic to Brest map last night because it was the only battle available with a decent number of players. I expected a slaughter since this map is usually full of Shafts and Railers.

Instead, I had a ton of fun. Vampire_Medic was able to sneak around to the enemy camp and suck the life out of all those Shafts who were camping on the top of their base in sniper mode. When I ran out of Shafts I would scootch around behind the base and drain the Railers who were tucked in back there in hopes of knifing an approaching tank.

Since Brest is full of supply drops I had no problem picking up ample speed and damage boosts.

Good times.

Yeah I've dominated battles with my alt account with rail+wasp before. And I absolutely LOVE isida the only drawback is u can flip back up if ur on ur side. Its great very powerful u can heal other and u heal wile killing. Hey why dont we battle our alts here's the name of mine @BNICE1 send it a friend request and we can isida battle

even tho i don't have a isida, i still agree that at least one need to be in every battle. i was on Rio CTF (i had rail gun and a titan) and this one player was waiting beside me just in case i got hit to then heal me. thanks to this guy and his isida i ended killing at least 10 enemy tanks before i was then killed. i also protected him in return whenever he was under attack. i am now considering buying a isida..... would that be a good idea to buy one??? what hull do they go best with????

Yea, it's a good idea.

In small maps Viking and Hunter go well with it.

And in other maps Hornet and Wasp are better. But still, it depends on your skills.

Vampire_Medic is a Hornet user, which is versatile. If I buy Isida on this main account, it will be paired with M3+ Viking. Viking will keep you alive longer but you will struggle to reach enemy and friendly tanks on larger maps.

I love using isida,

When I see 5 isida exist as teammate, I know something is wrong.

I just leave that battle.

3+ isida teammate often make losing game.

(Pro isida is rare lol)

Pro isida is not as rare as u think I may not.be high rank but I have a lot of skill almost pro (don't even say yeah right noob anybody who is a warrent officer that says this and does not have any m2s I will dule isida hornet only) but I'm also very good with m1 smoky but m1 isida will always be my love

Yeah, u right. I too outspoken.

At least 4+ isida teammate can make losing game.

When enemy attack, usually isida teammate already used their energy due to healing.

And at big map like lost temple, highway, too many isida can lead to losing team.

Even using the fastest isida heal + recharge. Still not fast enough to cover enemy damage.

===

I like the moment when enemy changed paint to isida protection paint.

They like, "U cant kill me" behavior

Suddenly they become food for railgun

XD

ISIDA USERS:

Please take note, because a lot of isida users are apparently unaware of how and when to use the turret to aid teammates. Many practice using the Isida offensively, and to aid those who have low health.

But PLEASE learn when NOT to help players.

1) I posted earlier that isidas helping other Isidas in Isida-Isida battles should *NEVER* try to keep the teammate alive until AFTER the enemy is dead. Killing the enemy will eliminate the very real chance that BOTH of you will be killed!

Well, here's a couple of other helpful hints:

2) Do NOT improve the health of a Shaft that is sitting with his "light on" (aiming at a target). You will spoil his aim.

3) Do NOT try to improve the health of a teammate who is moving rapidly ahead of you on a narrow path, such as on Skyscraper, or the middle of Forest. Today I was killed twice by my own Isida teammates who were trying to "HELP" me when I obviously did not need help. One knocked me off a building side and the other sent me into a ravine. Had they simply done nothing, TWO BATTLES would have been won and not lost! Know when to turn your stream off, or just play another turret!

1) why not heal other isidas when they are killing and getting killed normally they will say thanks and if u got hurt wile healing them they will heal u back

2)bhow does healing a shaft in sniper mode knock off there aim? It just gives them more heal and they Say thanks .I mean yes if they have a light Hull like hornet and ur a pushing them yes but most shafters have at least Viking if not mammoth and most isidas heal from a distance still close but not touching them with there Hull

3) those isidas who actually were trying to help clearly don't know how to use isida from a distance. Like most isida users I heal from a safe distance especially is they are on a narrow path. about a vikings distance away from them so I usually heal from maximum distance like alot of people who know how to use isida properly

...so in conclusion your "tips" are more hurtful then helpful and you clearly don't know how to use isida properly. Infact I would be surprised if u know how to turn ur turret

I don't have Hunter M3. I have Viking M3. I also dislike Hunter for it's skid. I may end up with Hunter M3 if Redneck kit is available in a few ranks.

vs Firebird... Just outmaneuver them. Most Firebirds can't see through their own flames. Just move out of the way and suck them dry. No, it doesn't ALWAYS work, but it does often enough.

Edit- Vampire_Medic (low Sergeant rank alt) just bought Vampire kit, including Isida M1. Having a blast sucking dry the inexperienced tanks and bolstering allies. I've turned the tide in several battles.

I recently made an alt, VirusDragon, and I just got vampire kit. It is just so fun.

It makes suffering through many ranks with wasp-smoky m0 to save crystals SO worth it.

VirusDragon and Vampire_Medic must be very close in rank. We've probably been in the same battles.

Vampire kit is great but I'm worried that the Wasp isn't tough enough. I feel like I die more now than when I was playing with Hornet M0. I checked the numbers though and Wasp M1 has more armor than Hornet M0. It took me awhile to figure out why I am dying more now.... But the reason is enemy tanks INTENTIONALLY target Wasps hoping for an easy kill. That's why I am dying more now. I'm being targeted.

And you know... Stinger kit is just a few levels away... ;)

I have noticed in a lot of games i played lately that the biggest single threat in the game is isida

head to head with one means certain death for you no matter how much you use your supplys

Can it be balanced gameplay when i am using a m4 thunder and m3 spec mammoth and i am faced with a m3 hornet

and m3 isida comb and everytime its me loses?

Any thoughts on this topic?
