I call them "little vampires" and it is so annoying when you are getting somewhere and one sucks your blood from out of your line of sight.

Also, you HAVE to target them first if they are helping a powerful gun stay alive (my Twins on Polygon lasted forever with an Isida feeding me health from the little cave). Otherwise, you do +50% damage on a guy you have to get past, and the little medic puts him back to full, to kill you off! I shoot the big guy once and the Isida twice!

depends of the player,if he drives well he can capture flags with no problems

and wasp isida a bit of stability issues, but you can avoid them

Had that problem alot with my Isida Wasp. I'm mostly an XP user so not having impact was a big change augmented by a less stable hull. Still, I get good DL's with it and tend to lead. Just takes a while to acclamate.

ANOTHER experience with the symbiotic role of Isida, admittedly on a lopsided battle. I teetered atop the jump ramp with an undrugged Thunder Viking and a little medic getting the XP behind me. I killed 3 railguns and 4 shafts at the enemy flag before the battle ended.

I don't mind playing with isida in CTF battle. With isida you can get fast score and you can heal your self, that's why i love isida  :P

I would like to have choices with the creation of a game, what hulls and/or turrets are 'allowed' and/or how many. On large maps it would be nice to have the same balance in weapons on both teams so you could really play tactics instead of trying to blast your way through a number of oponents. The latter is how the game feels to me.

If I meet two or more quick isida in a game healing each other all the time it makes no sense playing and I am off.

Still like the beginning of an account the best, everyone only owning a smoky so you really have to think about position and aim.

Isida M3 is OP in my opinion.

Yes, it is insane to have one holding you from 15 meters away. They are trying to keep it on a competitive basis with other M3, but high M2/low M3 are too effective against average upgrades.

If it could not also attack other tanks as strongly (powerfully in some cases), Isida would be less of a problem. Facing a Railgun-Isida pair with just Twins, I realized I would be wasting my time shooting the Railgun. But the two seemed genuinely surprised when I turned, charged, and killed the Isida! And was then killed by the Railgun, as I would have been in any case.

Yes, this "pair bonding" is a problem : always shoot the one that healed last, then run. The only drawback is that even Hornet pairs take awhile to move in tandem, so this is where a shaft or railgun can split the pair. On Rio, we just shot them both when they were in the same line of fire.

Isida should NOT be able to heal an Isida. That would put an end to THAT.

You should have been here when an isida could heal ITSELF........ Those were the times :D Edited by Athena369

The isida is a valuable asset to any team battle, both short and long. good use involves:

1. going to front line with buddy

2. staying behind lines to heal long range defenders

3. any time you have a power-up

Isida is valuable, but is also in great danger. the enemy will often time kill the isida first. to prevent from the one-hit-kill power of the shaft, you need something sturdy. to be effective on the field of battle, you need something fast. the viking fits this description of the optimal hull for isida very well. make sure to regularly upgrade the viking in battle, and you will continue to be sturdy enough to take the hit against any shaft. my point, if you had the choice to upgrade the isida or the viking, upgrade the viking. you will last longer to heal more allies, and you will get to them faster too. however, don't neglect to upgrade the isida sometimes though. if the viking is m1 while the isida is m0, don't get viking m2 before getting isida m1. it is much cheaper to have an overall balance than to specialize in one thing.
