I don't know about this. But I have a secret to goldbox.

70% it works with me. Idk about new update. Maybe they fixes the glitch. But:

Goldbox is random correct? Also spawn points are random. Correct?

I think the random thingy calculator is the same as the for the spawn points. So when gold appears self, and where you spawn means that the gold will drop to the nearest drop point. IDk if i was just lucky but i got 15 golds this way on silence.

Ah ah, but I added a new thing, you'd better read that, I realised that it can fall in the closest drop point where the key player was when he made the notification arrive :)

 Well i played under the assumption of normal crystal box dropping just before the gold and it seems to work almost every time. your theory rather seems completely new and deserves keen observation.
