I have only ever caught one gold, and... well... I've only seen about five. At my rank, that's absolutely ridiculous...

Only 5 ?  :huh: Well, you should play maps like Polygon or Madness, there are bigger funds and more golds. If you play them much, you are so unlucky. If not, try it maybe it will be better for your statistics  :)

Actually Madness XP/BP DM has pretty high rising funds, and with fact there are many self-destructs you get "more" crystals compared to amount of kills :D

Here is a Gold box story! Of me getting my 1st Gold box ever on this account! The rank was Master Coporal on the day of a x2 Fund Day! I had a account called iMoneyMaker so I decided to make a account called Skills_From_Money as my (Low Account) And as you can see my rank at the moment is Warrant Officer 5! So on the rank Master CoporalI was playing in a Polygon CP with Rank’s lower then me! Cause it was x2 Fund day the Battle fund was Doubled and as I thought in the battle Gold could have a chance to drop as it it x2 fund day and BINGO!!! A gold box dropped and this is how the ‘Notification’ was like….

Enemies have lost point A

Gold box will be dropped soon         

We have Captured point A

I manged to find the spot in 2 seconds cause it was in the Island at the back! No one more likely knew what a ‘Gold box’ was and I knew from the Spot where I was it would be mine as I was using Dictator M0 and Thunder M0 with the Paint of Metallic. The Gold box was dropping and I left it and taking a bit fun out of it. But Suddenly there was only 20 Seconds left I took it and there was my 1^st ever gold box ever on the Start account of Skills_From_Money

Come on guys, I said about that these maps have best funds and most golds. I never said that he will get them but he should raise his chances to take Gold (firstly train your heart :D)

And I was really close to get all 3 Golds that dropped there but...

And 1 important thing about Golds...

Today we played 15 minutes long DM with ariking in Serpuhov and Gold dropped.

I was so sad that I was not able to take pic because there is new hack about Golds. I was under the gold but DESTROYED tank took it  :o.       I was so surprised how that happened  :mellow:

Helped my brother get a gold, we were playing together. A Dictator was sitting on the spot, and I helped him push the Dictator away.

Seriously, I haven't found any reason to downvote in this topic ever, but I would bet on my entire arm (choose which one) that this update is a direct consequence of the over 480 downvotes Tanker's Day topic got.

 

Right now I'm not leaving Tanki mainly because of friends being around, but this update is one more thing I'm gonna add to the list of reasons why to leave once I really get fed up. If anything, I'm staying in Tanki just out of interest - to see what's gonna be next, how worse Tanki can get.

Think about it this way: Even if one guy downvoted all your posts, you have enough friends and wise people that upvote your posts.

 

But now, we won't be able to downvote the stupid things Tanki does (Tanker's Day scandal seems to be the worst thus far).

Indeed, we still can write posts against what's being done. But believe me - within a year or two, or whatever time passes till the Staff gets enough courage to do so - they will also ban us for saying things against them. They will get the game even worse. Whenever it will be, you'll see I was right.
