I think I'll get Dictator and Mammoth instead of just Titan because it's too in the middle to make it worth getting one of the others (although yes, it is a great hull). I just really want Dictator since it will make gold hunting eaassssssy, right?

Also, is this still a good plan assuming I'm buying Smoky, Twins and/or Vulcan, Firebird and Railgun, and making my Isida M4?

 

Edit: Ugh, one more thing, is Hammer a necessity for successful Dictator gold-hunting? (I know that it will have to go M4 quickly.)

maybe it's just me but I always had an easier time getting golds

Titan > Dictator.

maybe cause I rely less on bugs and more on myself :D

Dictator does make Gold catching easy, but skills can still be the difference between taking a Gold, and missing it. Also that 95% of other Gold Hunters use Dictator there never really is much of an advantage, its more about experience, skill and timing that jump. :P

 

Hammer isn't a must have for Dictator, but the combo does work really well. For both battles and Gold Hunting. Its mainly used so you can send others, and possibly yourself, flying. :LOL:

I have only M3, M0 on main, titan M2 on alt. I always catch more with dict, when using titan, I always end up under - someone lags, or under - someone jumps. I know it has great pushing power, but I still din't find out how does it work. So I go for dict. (Cause I can use almost it's full potention, IMHO)

How do you avoid dropping golds by mistake? I'm always afraid of that. 6 is quite close to 3 and 5 :unsure: arXi already dropped one by mistake :(

Well for me its always titan > dict, along woth my total hatred towards dicts for their unfair advantage at golds, I can always use titan's pushing power as its best for golds, I just smash my way towards the gold and everyone falls around like dominos :lol:

 

Don't like relying on bugs for things, and most of the time I always got gold anytime I saw with hunter titan or anything unless if I lagged through or someone hate killed me just on gold rofl

 

Definitely, I think Viking is even better at M1, since it's far easier to maneuver.

 

Hunter: *smashes into wall, smashes into teammate and knocks their aim off*

 

Viking: *dodges noobs trying to kill him with nub Freeze, circles and wrecks*

Na, noobs purely use the bugs but skilled players use both their skills and dictators bugs to their best extent :lol:

Not just saying the lag bugs, the dictator bugs in a total. Like I was once on the gold spot on hunter, a dict came pushing me, gold hit me and the dict was 2 meters away, the gold was given to him :mellow: :lol:

im not being silly. its just a suggestion. Loooong tim ago, the servers drops crystal supplies (the profit was 10) and it suffices well to other players instead of the goldboxes.

Yeah, those were called crystal boxes, and they were removed due to players entering battles and doing nothing but catching them.

1+11 golds. Horrible. Flipped on 1st from the 11, so -15 seconds because of self, then missed other, cause spawned in ceter and saw it drop near me, just I need to drive around. Rest is... Well. Nothing good.
