ao todo já tentei comprar 5 vezes crystals por sms, e nessas 5 tentativas só uma sms me deu os crystals.

 

hoje tentei 3 vezes e recebi esta mensagem: O formato da mensagem recebida nao é valido. Por favor envie o CODIGO correcto e um ESPAÇO antes do TEXTO. Obrigado

 

Já à pouco tempo tinha tentado comprar crystals pela primeira vez, mas falhou e recebi essa mensagem que escrevi ai em cima, depois passados alguns dias tentei novamente e consegui comprar com sucesso os crystals foi na altura que apareceu os descontos para envoluir os tanki. eu logo na primeira vez reportei para o suporte sobre a sms que recebi e dos crystals que não recebi e eles simplesmente não me puderam ajudar. eu tenho as mensagem que recebi deles no meu telemóvel por isso tenho provas de como mandei as sms e o dinheiro no meu telemóvel foi reduzido. ao todo já gastei 6,15 euros e crystals nem velos.

 

Me ajudem por favor!!!

I too am blocked from payment and I contacted my credit card company and they say I am approved.  Xsolla says its a TANKI problem and not their problem.  Please help

Tanki can't do anything.. you have to re-contact paymentsupport@paymentwall.com..

There are a number of reasons:

 

Your credit card company may have blocked any payments

You don't have enough credit - try buying a small amount and see if it works
