what happens with the option "reporter"? I report more than 50 players because it plays just to collect crystals and others because they play with the other team (ie say, they help the opposing team as not kill them, they give their flag .. and others) you say that the moderator will come to them, but nothing happens, why? this is unfair, I just report one because it helps the opposing team won and we went but because it was lost, after I reported the player, he writes in the chat: thanks, smiley and all, but why no one does, it annoys me .

The "mult" needs to get several votes against him. One day in Abyss, someone was multing with the last flag of a long game. 4 or 5 players in the game voted him. After few minutes, a Moderator joined the game. In [spectator] mode and he asks us what happened.

if you think they are multing, you should record and report in Game Violators section. when you have voted them in the game, moderator comes and watch the battle for few minutes, if they see the players is multing or doing somthing wrong, then they will kick the player from the battle.

Don't forget the last flag can be passed around at the end - a celebration of winning team work. :D

 

Also players can go easy on killing and flags etc. I do it to keep a battle going - or many players tend to leave and a good battle can collapse - who wants to just run about with the flag, for 30 minutes, to bring  an end to a battle, when all the other side have left. :(

Moderators are working as hard as they can, but they just cannot be on every server 24/7. So please vote for the offender(s) in question and, as other players in this topic already said, make a good quality video as a proof. If mods fail to show and ban them on the spot, post the video in Game Violators' section on the forum, respecting the section rules, and they will be dealt with.
