Pfft, there were controversial decisions which went both ways. I'd say that on the day, The Netherlands were simply the better team - they played exceptionally well.

Well, the refereeing's been a bit controversial for practically all of the matches so far. Maybe the heat's getting to them more than it's affecting the players, lol.

Haha, I was stunned to see it as well, but i was one of those dutchies who did not lose trust in the team after the huge failure in the European League, so yah, this must make the team really strong, as their support increased a lot now, also from inside the country

^Both ... Once KNVB scored the 2nd goal Spain went downhill ... Tbh, Casillas gave them 2 goals and for the De Vrij goal he should have called a player to the back post ... All in all KNVB took Spain apart easily and Spain didnt deal well with it at all -_-

Well spain also losed first match of 2010 WC vs schwitzerland. And in 2010 spain only got 2 goals altoughethrt now it got 5 in first match

Brasil is the worst place to host FIFA.

 

Why?

 

1) Brazil has high crime rate. There are also a lot of poor people, and drug cartels, and mafia's.

2) Brazil's govnerment is pretty messed up. There are a lot of army soldiers on streets, and the situation is pretty sad.

3) Brasil has a "below average" corruption index.

4) Since Brasil has a below average CI, it's easy to also bribe Brasil's judge's and officials.

 

Of course there are far worse places, but they won't ever get to host a FIFA.

 

I suggest hosting FIFA on Denmark, since it has the best corrupcy index.
