Polygon goldbox glitch

So, yesterday, I missed 3 golds in polygon which fell in the centre, and I passed through them.  it has been reported to tanki by @jiangreo

In the video it is clear that you were way too far from the Gold Box to pick it up, so there is no issue shown in the video.

Please provide a video which contains a real issue so that we can check the case.

ohhhhhhhh, I see what you thought, you thought I was the isida. the isida who filmed the video is jiangreo.  I am the dictator/freeze/clay.  Also, I did state in the OP that the filmer was jiangreo.....please take time to actually read what I wrote.

I saw the video myself and it was some kind of glitch in polygon when you use dictator. As you see the height of dictator is able to get the gold on the first screen. You can also check giorgi2's video of this kind of glitch.

I've read the main post but thought that @jiangreo made the video and he was alone in the battle, didn't understood YOU were in it aswell since I didn't noticed your name, sorry!

 

After re-checking the videos I confirm that there is a glitch which is probably not related to lags or similar, and I already know what might the cause be: polygons.

 

Tanki Online Game is developped on polygons, this means that tanks, turrets and all items (including Boxes) are created using polygons.

For example, when you fire against a tank, your shot deal damage only if the polygons that make up your "bullet" hit the polygons that make up the enemy tank.

 

This system is the same for environment items and Boxes, so it could be a glitch with Dictator's polygons that has to be fixed.

 

I'm writing this to right now, will come back with news as soon as possible, thanks for your report and sorry for my first misunderstanding!

Yea i say that video on photo of the day  and he did get it its not the only time its happened its happened to my friend with dictator m2 in polygon and m2 thunder he was on top of the mammoths m1 and m2  he got it but it passed through him and the mammoth got it.

The video is private, but in any case I reported the glitch as a "polygons glitch", so it is in general, not related to specific tanks.

true however, for some reason, the internet in my house lagged through the first 4 days of the holiday, it stopped lagging then polygon glitch, it has started again now for some dam reason...I have tried all the usual things, hopefully it'll fix itself.

Did you speak with your internet provider about this issue? I had similar problems 2 years ago and, by calling their Customer Service, got it fixed.

I would love to do that^, however I have several problems:

 

1) I am 15, and therefore my parents look after the internet, so anything official would have to be by them.

 

2)  Secondly, they have banned me from tanki, they are weird and made a stupid decision to do so...therefore I cannot seek their help in the matter. If you want to know why I didn't stop playing tanki when they said, PM me, it wasn't an easy decision.

 

So basically, that isn't an option really.

Because Staff members are not well seen in any case, but we don't mind down votes, we will keep on helping and working for the good of the Community in any case.
