You aren't the only one. They receive 100's maybe even 1000's of emails every day. They work 24/7 to answer every email.You have to be patient. Answer all there questions and wait.They will answer after a few days. Good luck!

If you just send them ONE email, from ONE email address, they will say it will take up to 10 days, but they usually reply within 3 days. If you decide to spam them, the amount of days it takes for them to reply resets back to 10 days. So if you send an email today, they will reply by the 21st, but if you send another one, that will go to 22nd and so on.
