It happens when you overload your graphics on a bad PC. Is your PC good? Mine is the same but for me its in the props. It only happens when I have bad wifi or if I turn too much graphics on.

I have the same settings for months, never had this before. But today, I have small problems with my Wifi, because of a storm. This morning, my internet was not good, but now it's ok.

 

and my PC is good yes, 60 FPS, 20-25 ping.

I don't play on Mozilla, too many small keys lags.

 

So, I have this "problem" on Opera, Mozilla and Safari.

 

But not on Chrome.

It seems that the problem is with your flash player (opera, firefox and safari use the same flash player) chrome has a built in flash player called Pepper flash player, that causes your problem to no occur in chrome. Pepper flash causes lower FPS, I don't know the reason but I think it's over loaded. Try the following steps:

 

Go to run

Type in %temp%

Press enter

Delete all the files (if it tells you to skip a file, skip it)

I did that and I lost 30 FPS and still the same problem.

 

I tried IE, probably one of the worst browser *_* (the best browser to download browser...) and I have 60 FPS and perfect graphic.

 

But Bandicam is not working with IE.

This is only bcoz of latest flash player , when i downloaded the latest adobe flash , i also experience the same , i dont like it so i use my old standalone flash player which runs with old flash player. You can download old standalone flash player and correct this problem. Thanks :)

That didn't happen to me ever... My computer is super-bad-slow so it doesn't even display the Advanced Graphics Options.

dude ur flashplayer updated 13 to 14 thats why transparent part its not bug or anything.

 

i updated my flash player then i saw it happened

Still the same little problem. Like Mitun said, it as because of the new flash player. Maybe they will release a new update soon to fix this.
