6pm to 1am impossible load Tanki from South America (Argentine)

In the last two weeks , it is impossible to load Tanki from 6 pm to 1 am in Argentine ( South America , UTC 0 - 3 )

 

If you are playing when 6 pm arrives , the game star to lag , Ping 999 and FPS 3 and it is impossible to continue playing.

 

If you are not playing it is impossible to load or re-load the Tanki web site.

 

Does anybody know WHY ? ? ?

It's probably because at that time there is too much traffic here. What is your internet speed?

ping 15ms , with 6 megas.

 

But if is there too much traffic , why the only pagr with problem is Tanki ?

 

I can play other games and load all the pages , but not TO !

This is probably a internet or browser problem.

I use Firefox , Crome and Explorer , all have the same problem , and it started in the last two weeks only.

I do all the Tanki advises for FPS and Ping , it is not the problem

It used to happen to me too, during those days there was too much traffic on the Internet service providers at a specific time and the problem solved by getting a new service provider.

Try using this browser. It solved my lags.

I tried Opera , the same problem , in some time it is impossible to connect to Tanki.

The problem is not WWW , I can reach every page in the world ,  the problem in TO.

i heard there are problems with the last version of flash player causing lags or low fps but i'm not sure it's the case

Get a speedtest at http://www.speedtest.net

Post the results here. Note: Do the test and different times, before the time when tanki is not loading, and during it. 

If the difference is significant, it is the problem from your service provider. If not, follow the given steps:

 

For windows 7 ~

 

Go to start

Click Run

Type in '%temp%'

Press enter

Delete all the files

 

If the problem persists, try reinstalling your flash player, or use the Pepper Flash player (PPAPI) which is a built-in feature in the browser Google Chrome, you will get must lower FPS but there is a high chance that you manage to load.

 

 

For windows 8~

Right click the windows button

Go to run

Type in '%temp%'

Press enter

Delete all the files.
